Can it be freeze dried? - Can a freeze dryer restore a destroyed wet book?
Jesper Scharstein will in this video illustrate if it is possible to restore a book, which has been destroyed by water, by freeze drying it in a CoolSafe freeze dryer.
We have soaked the book in water for a couple of hours. Afterwards, we have frozen it don to approx. -100°C and finally freeze dried it.

Campaign valid this May
We are running a campaign for our centrifuges ScanSpeed Mini and ScanSpeed 416 at reduced prices.
- ScanSpeed 416 is a low-speed centrifuge, which is ideal for general laboratory applications as well as clinical applications.
- ScanSpeed Mini is a microcentrifuge recommended for molecular works of cell collection, phenol extraction, simple spin-down etc.

Campaign valid this April
This April, we will be running a campaign for our freeze dryer, CoolSafe Touch 110-4, and freezer, SnowBird, at a reduced price. You will receive:
- A CoolSafe Touch 110-4, which is a powerful freeze dryer going down to -110°C and with a cooling capacity of 2,5 kg. (max. 3 kg/24 hours). It comes with regulation of temperature, pressure and time.
- A SnowBird, which is a compact freezer going down to -85°C and with a capacity of 87 L.

Achema - Something to look forward to
We’re currently preparing our booth for Achema, where we will be participating on 11-15 June 2018 in hall 4.1, stand H66.
During the week, you can experience a selection of our safety cabinet products – including our renewed class 100 cabinet, Fortuna Clean Bench – as well as our freeze dryers, centrifuges and more.

Our MiniVac vacuum concentration systems are designed for rapid and efficient concentration or drying of small samples in tubes. Now, we have produced a new brochure for the centrifugal evaporators.

Open House
Last Thursday, we hosted an open house arrangement to celebrate and welcoming you to our new premises at Bjarkesvej 5 in Alleroed, Denmark.
A great attendance where both our suppliers, distributors and other business partners where participating. During the day, we also had different presentations about safety cabinets and a special introduction to freeze drying, where we showed which "funny things" freeze drying can used for as well.

Happy New Year
