For measurement of the exhaust flow, we are able to supply two different options.
  • A 3rd sensor option with pressure switch for measuring the pressure in the plenum or the ventilation system. It will give an alarm in case of too low or too high pressure, depending on how the wire is connected to the main board.
  • A minihelic which will be mounted in the back wall to measure the pressure in the pressure plenum.

Carbon exhaust filters
Activated carbon filters can be equipped on the safety cabinets to trap vapours. It is an absorbent filter that will retain certain pungent vapours and solvents passing through the filter inside the safety cabinet to control odors or chemical smells. It does not trap particulates, so it is often used together with a HEPA filter for retention of the particulates.

Please contact us with your requirements and we will advise the optimal carbon filter solution to your specific application.
